Not as I remember,

I had purchased song this from iTunes (don't remember which album) and it didn't sound like the original from my youth. I tried the Amazon version and it was pretty much the same as the iTunes version (none of the Jan and Dean iTunes sound right to me). The download process, integration into my iTunes library, and iPod syncing all went smoothly on my Mac.
