This book tape gives the listener the skills to effectively deal with even the worst of grown up bullies! A sure winner!

i really love this book! i stayed up till the wee hours of the night, listening to the tape, and put the principles to the test the very next day.believe me, i saw and felt the positive benefits . thanks!!!

I read this book standing up in the bookstore and finished it easily, so know it is very short and an easy read - understatements. The book is good and thought-provoking. I wanted to give it as a gift but decided it put too much focus on negativity, even though "the most" difficult person is hoping not to be negative at all! At least in my case, because I'm a good girl and very positive. The fact the book is small and short and concise and all the good things of this earth interferes with a messsage of caring in an understanding and tolerant way, that's all :-).

I bought this cassette very new, and I think that like other people, I too found the recording to be unacceptable.

The subject matter was quite interesting, and gave me an insight of what is going on in other people's mind when they behave in a certain way. Most importantly, it has made me realize that I may have been a pain in the neck to other people, without necessarily intending to be one. I know that people around me mostly tell me that I am a very reasonable person, but after reading the book, I am more conscious now whenever I spend negative energy after being frustrated with someone or something. I try to focus on getting results out of the frustration I am showing towards someone, instead of focussing merely on demonstrating my displeassure.

A good read, but poor recording.

Would definitely recommend to all who desire to improve their relationships at home, with friends or at work. Very good value too.

Although the content is interesting and well spoken, the recording of the cassette was defective: I found little pieces of plastic inside the cassette that interfered with the recording process, therefore the final result is a mess. I paid a lot of money for this very poor quality product. I will try to complain with the authors too.
