The reviews here are terrible. You're not reviewing customer service, you're reviewing the bag. And the size of the bag is clearly listed in the product dimensions section. If you want a review from someone who has actually used the bag for a full month now, here you go.

The bag is made with distressed leather and a silky lining. There is a front pocket with room for pens/pencils and lots of small pockets for post-it notes, etc. The main pouch is divided into two sections by a divider that also acts as a pocket and there is yet another small pouch in the back of the main pouch and the whole thing is kept closed with a nice leather flap that is held down by two small magnets. There is a final pocket at the very back (against you as you wear the bag) that is kept closed by a small magnetic clasp.

The bag shipped THAT NIGHT that I ordered it and arrived right on time and I have had a great experience so far with this bag. It is sturdy, holds everything I need, and hangs comfortably off of the shoulder. The only thing I don't love about it is that the zipper on the front pocket can make getting pencils at the end difficult to get out (the zipper ends right above the last slot or two) but it's really a small issue.

Buy the bag if you want a high quality leather messenger bag at less than $100.

Made with durable materials this bag is almost the perfect size. The decorative snap straps are a nice touch, but don't really serve any purpose... and I end up re-snapping them more often than I'd like. The front pocket doesn't really have enough functional storage detailing - like pen/pencil slots etc. Still it's just the right size for carrying a few papers, iPad or laptop. All told, a great little messenger bag.

I needed a bag big enough to hold large albums and other demos for business. This is a great color bag, casual yet formal. Lots of pockets. Little surprises and easy to open and carry. I love it. I'm so happy to use it! I feel better just by having this bag with me. I'd use it for any business meeting or night out.
