Only one HUGE issue, June 6, 2011

I've had this bass for almost a year now but it's been a few months since I've been able to play it. Somehow the wiring to the input jack tore/broke. I am going to take it to a shop and get it fixed because truly, the bass does sound amazing and it has a great feel. I just don't know if I would recommend buying because of how the wiring malfunctioned for no reason (I didn't drop it, I didn't leave the wires exposed, etc.).
