This actually made my dog confident that I was actually in control. This made her much calmer when I clipped her nails. Last time we use a clothed muzzle and got nipped. She never even attempted to bite this time. Finding the right size was kind of difficult, though. But the one I purchased fits and it arrived very quickly. Great product

Bought this cause my dog was eating rocks. It certainly stopped him from being able to do that, however after the second time I put it on him the head strap ripped. I have a 50 lbs hound/lab mix. He isn't a big dog so I was surprised he was able to rip it. After all the reviews of how tough it was I was very disappointed. The seller was awesome and gave me a full refund so I still gave it 3 stars.

had to fiddle with the straps some to get it adjusted properly, but once we did, man, this works great. i've got a small (50 lb)female german shepherd mix who is very friendly with humans but very aggressive towards other dogs, and she'd turn and bite me and our other dog (a sweet-natured 85 lb male pit bull) when she was unable to get her 'target' dog. we've tried positive 'treat' training, negative 'squirt bottle' training, gentle leaders, obedience training (she got really great at 'sit', 'lie down' 'stay', etc) but nothing stopped her when she saw another dog. we were tired of coming home from walks with bloody holes in us. this did the trick. she gets to sniff things and can pant freely on hot days, but no more biting. also, the shipping was VERY FAST, thanks so much.
