This is the most clearly written explanation of the divorce process I have ever read. If my divorce lawyer had been half as helpful in explaining what I would have to go through in getting my divorce as this book was I would have been spared months of worry. If anyone is going through a divorce (or even thinking about getting a divorce) the is the one book you MUST read

I wish I had known that this book is written from the woman's perspective, for women. On top of that, it's stuffed with a large amount of 'psychology' by its attorney/author. It is poorly organized, and desperately in need of editing. My advice to all of my male counterparts - save your money.

This book has some helpful areas but as the other reader suggested it is written by a woman and geared towards women. Although, I am a woman, I was looking for something that would be a little more objective and possibly help more in ways of seeing things objectively and from all points of view, not just a woman's. It had some helpful suggestions and information but did have a lot of filler and most likely could have been condensed to half it's size. Will move on to find another book.
