Let's face it, most guys have an MTV attention span. They want their info quick and fast, and this book gives it to them.The articles are not to heavy and will help to motivate the one you give the book to to take better care of themselves. From the benefits of excercise to blood pressure are covered in a fun, illustrated and non threatening way. My verdict: Good for the guy in your life who is not watching their health the way they should be. |
