Product Description
A Death Feast in Dimlahamid explores the events on the haunted landscape that gave rise to the historical aboriginal title action known as Delgamuukw versus The Queen. This second edition of the landmark work features a new chapter that begins when the case was still before the BC Supreme Court, traces the tumultuous events from Oka to the establishment of the BC Treaty Commission, cuts through the incoherence and hysteria surrounding aboriginal rights in British Columbia, and looks ahead to a postDelgamuukw Canada.
