4.0 out of 5 stars Good suspense book, March 10, 2010
In the beginning, I thought it's Basic Instinct in computer graphic style, but it turns out to be a different kind of suspense story with a nice twist. It is much better than the Stealing From the Vampire. But I think the plot has a flaw in the Luxemburg scene, usually it won't be that easy for bank to transfer so much money with so little information about the client. Anyway, I enjoy the graphics very much, feel like watching a movie, it is a book worth buying for 2 bucks.

4.0 out of 5 stars something is missing..., March 11, 2010

The reason I picked this book in the first place is its `exquisitely executed' cover. I'm such a fan of CG and really into everything to do with 3D stuff, so I almost feel like being in heaven as I read through this piece. I even couldn't concentrate myself on story flowing because I'm too obsessed with those beautiful graphics!

Anyway, I took some marks off because there's a bug in the last few pages, something is missing for no reason... it seems quite funny to me, so I had to go back and forth several times to check that part. Does somebody found it, too?

Last but not least, I have to say the sex scenes are HOT! You must check out by yourself, though.

5.0 out of 5 stars Death Insurance, August 14, 2009

Death Insurance
The wicked sexy women, just look at the cover and it has caught my eyes. Candice Parson has made the phone call to the insurance sales man Ben Robinson. The product may not be as beautiful as Candice, yet, the assignment Candice has asked Ben to do might be lethal. How many people can reject a request by such sexy and matured woman? Even she is simply a fictitious person drawn in this detective style graphic book?

I begin to love the twists and bends of the stories of graphic books. Especially by DDH Co. Ltd. The attraction of the characters are almost in every graphic page with excellent script put as subtitle. I think it is smart to put subtitles rather than comic bubbles. It saves the images.

I have read it through in 30 minutes. I went to a coffee shop, and the image of the woman seems to be everywhere. Man, I wish I could meet this wicked woman.

The suspense and the book is not stereotype detective story. Even the erotic scene is gracefully done. I recommend this book with 2 thumbs and 10 toes up.
