Book Description

A third person fictional account regarding the final day of Operation Geronimo. It details in a fanciful short account what could have happened.

Death Mark puts the pieces together to argue that Osama Bin Laden is not really dead at all. That perhaps the American Government masterminded the greatest magical feat, that of making Osama “disappear.”

Death Mark will plant you in the action from the minute the first Navy Seal helicopter crashes to the “fly over ocean burial.”

Did the Navy Seals really witness the death of Osama bin Laden or did they cover up a conspiracy?

Also by Conrad Powell...

No Easy Day for Mark Owen: The Legal Brief - link - amazon.com/Easy-Day-Mark-Owen-ebook/dp/B009BPV5N6/ref=sr_1_5 -

A Navy Seal, under the pseudonym name, Mark Owen finds himself battling against the United States Government on allegations that he breached his Non-Disclosure Agreement. Now he battles harder to defend his character than when he took out Osama Bin Laden.

No Easy Day for Mark Owen takes you on an in depth journey into the unfolding legal drama of allegations of espionage, traitorous, and leaking classified Information.

No Easy Day for Mark Owen will leave you satisfied with a play by play analysis of what could turn out to be the greatest trial of the 21st Century should the United States decide to prosecute him.

EXCERPT from this book:-
“A wise defense attorney could turn this case into a referendum on the government’s attempt to conceal the truth and silence a defenseless Matt B. who is simply being railroaded by the American Government.
I can hear the closing argument now or at least the argument I would make to defend him.
“Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury; What we are here to determine is not how a brave soldier who risked his life to defend this great country of ours could attempt to sell it out for a buck as the prosecution would have you to believe. We are here to determine how on God’s earth could this brave soldier risk his life for America yet have to fight harder for his own life, own character, own existence harder than he had to on the battlefield. You have the power to set this brave soldier free; brave not only for taking out the greatest terrorist to threaten our shores, but braver yet for holding the mirror of truth up so that his beloved America can also see that truth reflected like the twilight's last gleaming.”
A jury could certainly find on a balance of probabilities that the government tried to cover-up the truth and that Matt B. was simply trying to give the public the truth about the raid."

2.0 out of 5 stars No inside info here. A ridiculously bad story. September 13, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
When I purchased this I usually download the sample first. I should have known by the way he described the President, so cheesy, but I believed the title and thought he might have some inside info. Instead when I purchased the whole book it only downloaded another chapter or so and with the last line of "Mr. Cool...aka Mr. President" I was so angry. His children must have written this. I felt the title was misleading and dosen't tell you it's a short story! Stick with the sample chapter...it'll never get better.

1.0 out of 5 stars A horror. September 15, 2011
Format:Kindle Edition
Using 9-11 for personal gain would be a bad idea if there were anything of substance to the story. There isn't even that. I'm not sure whether the right word for this is lame, tawdry, childish, sick, or just plain bad.

I suspect, however, that this year's Booker Prize will go somehwere else - as should your purchasing dollars.

1.0 out of 5 stars It's no secret... December 31, 2011

...all you have to do is read the excerpt and you know why this book is free. I wouldn't even download it at this price. Make it a little cheaper and I might give it to my dog for Christmas next year. Never mind, my dog has better taste than that.

I have carefully read the book on my Kindle.Compared to other SEAL related books, there is NO CONFIDENTIAL information released in the book. The tactical methods were unique and masterfully presented without the Bravado and Boasting that some politicians have exhibited about the President's role in the mission.
