Good,

There are some good cuts on this album. Most people will have heard the track "Feed It" because it was in the movie, and on the soundtrack, for Adam Sandler's WATERBOY. Unfortunately, that soundtrack, nor this album, sold well, and it was the Candyskins last effort at success, after 15 years or so of trying, as related in an article in "P.O.V. Magazine." At the end of that article, after their latest efforts flopped, the group members were employed as dishwashers and waiters. Such is the fine line between success and failure. And mediocrities like Mariah Carey are zillionaires. Buy this album. It's good. And you won't be making the rich richer. You'll be sending royalties to some English guys earning minimum wage.

One of the most underrated bands out there -- every one of their four CDs is good. There's not a weak cut on this one. Feed It, Swimming Pool, Somewhere Over London and Songbird are highlights. Buy it -- then go searching for their out-of-print recordings -- you won't be disappointed.

It was a nagging question - what was that song in the new Lay's potato chips commercial? I knew I had it in my CD collection and here it is - "Feed It" the opening track off The Candyskins last album. I still loves my Brit-pop and the Skins were amongst the finest purveyors of it. This track along with "Wembly" off a previous album is guaranted to lift your spirits and get your feet tappin'
