Better than the last one. Has a lot of classic material on it. Midnight burial & the demons blade are pretty sick.

They come hard with this albums. The beats are definitely a change from their usual sound, but the lyricism on this album is right on par with the skill that AOTP has shown over the years.

There is absolutely nothing I can complain about with this album. I had expectations that were through the roof and this CD met those expectations. Eso is my favorite, and he's on quite a few tracks, destroying them all. Every member of the group has top-notch verses and listening to this album is like having a turret gun blasting into your ears and mind. Every song, non-stop vicious rhymes in the style you would expect from AOTP. Production is great, and it complements the lyricists perfectly. The beats are composed with care, and this is no doubt the best AOTP album. There are no skip-worthy tracks, and I dare you to put it in your car and not let it repeat back to the beginning when it finishes at least 2 or 3 times the first time you put it in the CD player. I cannot bring myself to take it out and I'm on my third play-through. This CD was everything an underground, true rap head could want as far as technical rhyme skills and hyped-up but nowhere near mainstream "rapid hi-hats and kindergarten melody" beats. Just buy it already, you're reading reviews because you know who these guys are and you know what awaits you.

Weakest effort from AOTP. Vinnie Paz and Celph Titled are usually my favorite from this group but I wasn't feelin the effort they put out except on a couple verses. The rest of the group had their moments and it saved this album from tanking.

This album is wicked awesome. AOTP are one of that few groups (alon side of Wu-Tang Clan) who still come out with consistent albums that blow you away each and every time. The same is said for each member. Never disappoints.

I'm very impressed with this new album! The beats are fresh and kicking! ALL of the emcees on here are on their top A GAME! My favorite tracks that really standout are: Midnight Burial, God Particle, Broken Safeties. All of the tracks are really awesome go out and support this REAL UNDERGROUND RAW RAP NOT THE S*** IN THE MAINSTREAM! AOTP TO THE DEATH!

This album was worth the wait, every artist delivered. The only way I can put into words what a Army of the Pharaohs album is like, it's like how in sports they'll select the best players from teams to form a all star team, only this all star team is hungry for blood and gore with no mercy for the opposition. This is Hip hop at its finest!!
