After Eddie (Brad Garrett) fails to get a straight answer from his MRI technician on the diagnosis of his back pain, both he and Joy (Joely Fisher) fear the worst. However, their relationship takes a turn for the better after they start making the most of their time together. Upon ... learning that his pain is not life threatening, Eddie decides to keep the news to himself so that he and Joy can enjoy their newfound appreciation for each other, not to mention the 'death sex.'
