From the Author

The only good thing, or rather, positive aspect related to discovering a "death trap" is the absolute confirmation that you have "broken the map's code correctly'' or followed the instructions properly For you assuredly are in the immediate area of a major mine or treasure, or possibly both. Tunnels of rich mines are known to have been filled with treasures prior to the covering and concealing of the mine itself. By far, the majority of all Spanish death traps are in the immediate "area" of the entrance to the mine/treasure and not within the mine or treasure room itself.

Subtle and man made changes were made in topography, markings inscribed on boulders, large rocks "arranged", boulders "reshaped", etc., in the immediate "entrance" area. These were set-up to "entice/act as a magnet", to mislead and beguile anyone who was clever enough to get within a couple of hundred feet of the actual "entrance" and draw him away from the "jackpot" and to one of the nearby death trap locations.

Study the death traps and commit the trap warning signs and symbols to memory. Your knowledge and memory may save a life, possibly your own. What could be worse than spending many years of searching, and then, when within "a stone's throw" of your goal - you get sucker punched.

Both the Spanish and Mexicans always felt that they would one day "regain" ownership/control of the land they lost and therein their rich mines and treasures would again belong to their families. So they covered and hid them well awaiting the day they or their descendants would again have possession. They laid "death traps" at most locations for intruders --however, they of course did not want to harm future family members,-- so they used CODED WARNING SYMBOLS and markers at each death trap location.

This book shows both the death traps as well as the "Warning Symbols and Markers". An example is the "heart" (which represents "Gold") was frequently changed to mean "death" rather than "gold". A.A bolt of lightning through the heart.
B.A "break" or carved crack in one of the lobes of the heart.
C.Missing short sections on both sides of the heart where they join at the Bottom near the "point".

Absolutely required reading to keep you alive should you even think of entering a Stone Door / Spanish Cache site and living
through the day.

Do not think this books shows ever type of attack one can encounter at a Cache / Mine site --but it gives you a dam good
chance of living through your encounter with the Spanish .

Read this book as many times as needed until you can actually
point to the traps--as you walk near the Stone Doors--if you do not fully understand every trap in this book--study it more!!
When one encounters the Cache sites they will throw at you every
type of attack and even ones not in this book--but this book--
tries to show you the right way to enter a Stone Door--Mine /
Cache site--and the principals to keep you alive--

If you need a little help you know how to find me...
