I bought this book for the quilt patterns, but was pleasantly surprised to find lots of ideas for decorations for kids' rooms. I especially like the author's ideas for wall art. For example, one of the projects suggests combining inexpensive art supplies and fabric to make adorable turtle plaques to hang on your child's wall. I adapted her clear instructions to make name plaques for each of my sons' rooms (in about four hours total) and am very happy with the result. Not only that, I spent less than $10 on supplies for each boy's plaque.

This book contains some of the cutest animals and I just had to make a baby quilt and applique them on it. The quilt turned out great and I can't wait until the baby shower to show off my work. There are also quite a few really cute kid quilt patterns in this book that I'm looking forward to making.

a bit dated and quilts within were not that enticing and had 50 projects and not all quilts. Wish I had seen the inside before purchasing

This book is great! Debbie Mumm always has such adorable things to create. I love that she include instructions for the accessories each of the quilts. It is much more than a 'quilt' book. Great buy!

Love all of the quilts in this book, even the unconventional colors for a baby.
Her directions are clear and concise and very easy to understand, and, the patterns are easy enough for novice to advanced quilters. Thanks, BP
