buffet
My husband loved these when we are at a bbq this fall. He was tickled when he received as a gift and couldn't wait to use them. Great for parties/gatherings when you don;t have a lot of sit down places and for those guests who prefer to mingle around.

Not practical for sitting it on your lap
This product is great for standing up while you are getting your food. But it is not conducive for sitting on your lap. The handle and legs make it awkward. Also, not quite as solid or sturdy as I thought it would be. Still useful though.
