This is a wonderfully easy program that really tightens and firms you up in minimal time and with minimal effort. It is low impact and very easy to follow. There are three workouts on this video. The first is about 20 min. the last two run about 30 min. It's very low key and slow which is good for early morning when you are just waking up and it's short so it is easy to fit into the busiest schedule.(you will soon find yourself squeezing time for it in on your busiest days for you feel so much better when you do it). The first workout is for beginners and if you've never been able to make it through any workout before or have never exercised in your life, you WILL be able to do this one. After doing the first one for a few weeks you are then supposed to alternate the last two. Requires only an exercise mat (if you have a hard floor) and hand weights. I used it at first to get started with a workout for it was the only one I saw that I felt like I could follow and actually make it through the workout(and people noticed and were amazed that I was only working out half an hour a day.) After awhile I thought I was ready for harder workouts and moved on to something else but quickly found out that working out harder is not necessarily working out better for without it I began to feel really stiff and inflexible and my clothes became tighter. As my daughters grew they began working out with it also and they soon agreed that no matter what else we did we always had to do this video too. So now we add another workout if we have time and if we have a busy day we at least manage to work in Debbie. We have done this tape approximately 14 years and would not be without it. My mother and I used this tape when I was a child every evening after dinner. Unfortunately, our VCR ate the tape. I can't believe that years later I found the tape again on Amazon!

The tape is wonderful! There are three levels that progressively get more difficult. It's a great way to fit 30 min. of exercise into your busy schedule.

This is my favourite exercise video. I have used it off and on for about 20/25 years. The pace is such that almost anyone can do it. Just wish I could find it in DVD.

I am now 68 and this is the tape I've used for the past few decades! Sometimes I get tired of the music and chatter and just mute the sound and look at the screen. (I know it by heart anyway.) Some day I'm going to try to get the tape transferred to a DVD. It's a great tape for seniors!

The product was great. I only think people over 50 would be interested in it, but it is fun and easy to do. That was the reason I was looking for it on Amazon and as usual Amazon did not disappoint me it was available. Thank you!

I had this video VHS for YEARS and love it!! It's such a great way to exercise as Debbie uses humor along the way. We bought a new tv.. no VHS so I gave this away to a thrift store. The exercises are great way to start the day. Please find a way to get this into DVD format just like alot of those old movies. I'm sure they would sell like hot cakes..or should I say water on a hot day in Texas. :)
