This polish goes on smoothly and looks great! It lasts for days. I originally used it at a salon and had to write down the name so I could buy my own bottle. It has just the right amount of shimmer.

I must say... at 56 this color looks great on me! I was reluctant to buy/try it at first, but having received and applied two coats (yes, it's opaque with just two coats), I am enjoying the heck out of it AND the compliments just keep coming. A must have luxury for Fall/Winter 2010/2011.

This is my number one favorite nail polish color of all time. A deep brown tinged with a hint of wine and just the right amount of copper shimmer. The color is perfect - so perfect that I wound up bringing the bottle to my car guy and painting my ride over in this exact shade.

No, not kidding.

Applies easily, looks nicer/lasts longer than most other brands. on my nails... *and* my ride.

Initially was very disappointed with this color. I have been on the hunt for a classic bubble gum pink color and when this arrived I realized I wasn't even close. I guess that comes with the territory of buying a nail color online. The picture in this case, doesn't even come close. It is a very bright coral color that leans towards the pink side of the spectrum rather than orange. For my star rating I gave this a 4 star despite my disappointment because the color went on very nicely, was rather opaque, and was long wearing. I spent a long weekend on my parents farm, and whenever I am there I have come to terms that my manicure will be terrible by the time I leave. Suprisingly, the Deborah Lippman color stayed strong and although by the 3rd day my nails were showing a little wear, it wasn't nearly as bad as it normally would be and I am sure nobody noticed the wear but myself. Bottom line: I will not be buying this color again, but I will be buying another Deborah Lippman nail color.

I've just recently purchased No More Drama, and Waking Up in Vegas and really love both of them. No More Drama, created with Mary J Blige, is a beautiful light, copper-y brown with a subtle shimmer to it. I've tried a lot of browns, and this is now my absolute favorite! It's quite unique, perfect for work or play, and will look especially gorgeous with a tan.

Waking Up in Vegas is a beautiful putty color in the taupe family, and again, very unique. It has no shimmer at all, but is classy for work or play.

I buy and wear a lot of polishes, and neither of these is close in color to ANY I've ever purchased before. I feel like I'm wearing something not everybody has, which is fun. The polish lid is easy to hold, and the polish goes on smooth and easy. Covers fairly well in one coat, but I found two to be ideal.

Great polishes and, for me, worth the extra money. They last well on their own, but apply a coat of Stickey base coat:

I have 58 bottles of nail polish of which 5 are Lippmann. A friend recently told me about it. I also have the Hydrating Basecoat and Rock hard Hydrating top coat. I love the Lippmann polish. It's worth every penny. This particular color "Hit Me With Your Best Shot" is one of my favorites! You won't be disappointed.

Great polish but awfully pricey. Love the color. No streaks when over a base coat. It was shipped fast. I liked it.

I got "Don't Tell Mama" as part of the "Trendsetter" gift set from another store and I first must say that I really love the quality of Deborah Lippmann nail polishes. They have great shine even without a top coat and they apply so well. As for the color, "Don't Tell Mama" dries a little darker than I would have anticipated, to the point where it looks black indoors under most light; that's why I'm giving this nail polish four stars. I will spend the extra money to buy Deborah Lippmann polishes in the future. I am generally an OPI and Essie fan, but I think I have converted!

THIS POLISH IS ONE OF THE PRETTIEST COLORS I'VE EVER USED. THE PICTURED COLOR IS ACCURATE. MY ONLY PROBLEM IS THAT THE COLOR DIDN'T LAST LONG.

this color is just great.....the polish goes on smooth and very little chipping. just love the deep grey that matches everything!!
