Once in a while a book comes along that has the power to change history. This is such a book, clad as it is in its modest title.

The writing, like fine porcelain, is delicate, strong, and clear.

The work manifests a steady and unrelenting drive towards truth. Informed by indisputable facts and unassailable logic, it proceeds to a complete unmasking of the official story behind the events of September 11th, 2001.

It is important to understand the issue of 9/11 within the context of its author's career. Dr. Griffin spent 30 years (in over 20 books and 150 scholarly articles) expounding the views of Alfred North Whitehead, whose process theology provides a unifying platform of spiritual values which harmonize with the world's great religions.

In 2003, while Griffin was writing a major book on world democracy based on Whiteheadian principles, he was persuaded by colleagues that the official story on 9/11 was completely implausible. The result was his bestseller, "The New Pearl Harbor", which was followed by 5 more books on the subject, each reflecting his rigorous scholarship, disciplined logic, and attention to detail.

Following a May 2006 opinion poll showing public skepticism over a 9/11 coverup, the official proponents launched, in August 2006, a 4-pronged attack on 9/11 truth claims, while simulating new but undocumented evidence to patch up the holes that had been blown in the official account by Griffin and other scholars.

In "Debunking 9/11 Debunking", Griffin, aided by emerging testimonies from air traffic controllers, closes in for the kill, methodically dismembering these shifting official claims, and proving them exponentially more bizarre than the original 9/11 Report.

To counter suspicions of a military stand-down against the 4 hijacked aircraft, the official camp had completely reinvented its story by claiming the FAA had consistently failed to notify the military in time. The military, which had supported the earlier timeline showing it had been notified in time, was now accused of lying. The FAA was suddenly subject to charges of gross incompetence, but strangely enough no one was disciplined.

In another example, Griffin details how NIST "tweaked the data" for its computer simulation model until it matched its own hypothesis that fire had melted the steel, causing the "progressive collapse" of the Twin Towers at freefall speed into their own footprints. But how did the 47-storey steel-framed WTC 7 building collapse at freefall speed into its own footprint without being hit, and with only minor fires?

Griffin notes, "The burden of proof should be placed on any claim that WTC 7 was brought down by something other than explosives, because this is the wild, empirically-baseless hypothesis devoid of historical precedent." And though Pentagon flight 77 was supposedly "... vaporized... this claim was wildly incompatible with the assertion that the bodies of the plane's occupants were later identified by their DNA." The plane's hitting the Pentagon was "'... like taking a Coke can and smashing it against the wall. The back and the front become one'... but smashing a Coke can does not reduce its weight. So why has no one reported finding a 100,000-pound piece of steel and aluminum in the wreckage?"

This is but the tip of the iceberg. There is far too much evidence to review here; suffice it to say that the book itself bears the classic hallmarks of a controlled demolition: precision, balance, control, superb planning and flawless execution. What it demolishes is the official account of the world-changing events of 9/11.

If global calls for an impartial investigation succeed, Griffin's reference works will help guide the investigators through the growing maze of lies and cover-ups to an understanding of what actually happened that day. The resulting truth could well relieve the world of the fear, hatred and ugliness the event has spawned, and free us to pursue the kind of enlightened future Griffin has spent a lifetime envisaging.

And therein, history could change for the better.

I'll limit this review to Griffin's Chapter Four, `Debunking 9/11 Myths: A Failed Attempt by Popular Mechanics (p. 207 - 307). Not that the other chapters are unworthy in any way, but the book is so large and thorough that a reviewer must either content him/herself with generalities or else laser-in on what I believe has been the most influential of the recent mainstream debunking efforts of the four that Dr. Griffin treats - namely, Popular Mechanics best-selling book 'Debunking 9/11 Myths'.

Griffin provides a lot of background analysis upfront, mainly in the process of deconstructing John McCain's Foreword. I will leave this treatment aside for brevity, and attempt to concentrate on the most specific and concrete criticisms of PM that Griffin makes. The overall point Griffin makes is that any defender of the Official Conspiracy Theory (Arab villains with boxcutters) needs to debunk ALL the challenges to prop it up successfully - and if even one good challenge remains standing, the Official Conspiracy Theory is in trouble. That is the logic of the case. But in fact they haven't debunked ANY of the challenges.

1. Overall Data: PM has relied mainly on personal interviews for facts, meaning independent researchers cannot easily check the source material. Where written documents are cited, they give no page numbers, again posing an obstacle to other researchers.

2. Pilot Skills: Griffin cites quotes from mainstream press and from (9-11 skeptic) pilots and ex-military personnel, suggesting that PM's confidence in the piloting skills of Hani Hanjour is wildly misplaced. PM apparently made no effort to present a balanced picture of HH's actual level of flying expertise.

3. Air defense response: The over-arching topic is the possible existence of a stand-down order. Within that context, Griffin gives a lengthy and complex discussion, and here the PM staff looks absolutely ridiculous in Griffin's hands. The basic problem is that they either never read, or deliberately chose not to cite, Griffin's other book on deconstructing the Commission report - despite the claim that they are shooting down the major alternative 9/11 challenges. Thus they make themselves look really foolish by repeating embarrassing claims (such as the claim that hijacked planes with transponders switched off cannot be tracked in USA airspace via radar) that Griffin already shot down a long time ago, with mainstream citations. In this area the PM staff relied mainly on the Commission Report itself for simple quotations and unchecked assertions. Many substantive charges and counter-charges are covered in this section, and in every case PM looks not only ridiculous but dishonest as well.

4. WTC 1 & 2 collapses: Again a long and complex discussion of many substantive points, including Empire State building comparison; degree of impact damage; melted steel after effects; dust puffs; and seismic spike data. In every case, Griffin shows that PM has either suppressed or remained ignorant of, a large amount of data that undercuts their (mostly Commission and NIST-based) attempted debunking. In this subsection, Griffin refers most heavily to his preceding chapter 3, covering the NIST WTC report.

5. WTC 7 collapse: This is mainly an restatement of the more extensive analysis of the NIST report covered in the preceding chapter. Here Griffin states surprise that, given NIST itself describes its own conclusions as "preliminary" how can PM be so "scientifically" certain of the collapse mechanism? Many concrete contradictions and inadequacies in PM's discussion are pointed out.

The remainder of the chapter is also organized in PM's own presentation order, with some of Griffin's own counter-questions interspersed as subtopics in their own right. You should have the flavor of Griffin's approach by now, but the details are so thick that for now I can only list the topic headings. Most of these are covered in multi-page withering detail supported by numerous citations. Let those who are interested please pursue your own examination. (These subheadings are not listed in the Table of Contents, so I hope this listing is helpful.)

There is much, much more to this book. I've only shallowly outlined one chapter here (in fact, if anything, his Chapter 3 deconstruction of the NIST report is the real shocker, even more so than the PM material covered in this review). Basically in all cases above and the remainder of the book, Griffin shows PM to be either ignorant or dishonest or both - PM seems to be propping up a pre-establish conclusion rather than attempting anything like science.

One final caveat for 9/11 beginners: This book isn't really written for you. If you are just beginning to think more deeply about what really might have happened, you should follow the steps below:

1. Get hold of "The 9/11 Commission Report: Final Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks Upon the United States by National Commission on Terrorist Attacks". Before you read any criticism or other conspiracy theories, become thoroughly familiar with the official account. Otherwise you will be crippled in following all subsequent analysis.

2. After reading the Commission Report carefully, without distractions, now get hold of "The 9/11 Commission Report: Omissions And Distortions" by David Ray Griffin. Read this one NOT in a vacuum, but with your copy of the Commission Report (above) spread out next to it on your desk. Cross-reference and check every assertion Griffin makes and decide for yourself whether the Commission Report constitutes a coverup.

You are now well-equipped to begin your further studies and advocacy on behalf of either the 'Box Cutter Conspiracy Theory' or the 'Inside Job Conspiracy Theory' - your call.

If I really lived in a "free" country, I would not be the only air traffic controller speaking out about the events of 9/11/2001. There would be others much younger, much more up-to-date, but there would be none any more patriotic. So, if anyone were to claim that my statements quoted in this enlightening book are self-serving, I must deflect that aside and state that I am still serving my country as many current air traffic controllers, government employees and military personnel would also do if their careers were not threatened by the various agencies within the the United States Government. Current controllers will never forget the events of PATCO and 1981 as they were hired to replace us, and those in the military know that they must follow orders. They all KNOW that they would be punished somehow should they excercise their rights of free speech.

And with me being fired by a president of the United States might lead one to believe that I hold anger at this action, and I do, but it is only that the PATCO strike, as seen historically, was only the "labor" portion of a 40+ year plan hatched by conservatives to dismantle our democracy which they have done in ways far, far greater than just labor and income disparity issues. My road since hasn't been pretty, but I'm not yet "terminated".

Nearing my 60th birthday, coming of "political age" after reading The Pentagon Papers, and having an unusual vantage point from which I can view 9/11/2001 [I am also an experienced pilot] allows me to put this latest attack on our country into a longer term context. Eventually, as it is now known that FDR knew about the Pearl Harbor attacks and actually took precedent actions to provoke the Japanese into the attack, we will come to see that the attacks on 9/11/2001 were self inflicted and done for the self-serving reasons of a narrow band of wealthy people, the military industrial complex and huge multi-national corporations who operate above common law and use our planet and its resources for themselves, and for whatever it is that they believe in. Since most people's "belief structures" cannot accept this except perhaps through some form of knowledge "osmossis" over the years, it will take some time for this full knowledge to reach into their souls. This form of societal denial can be explained better by experts, but it exists.

When it does come time for the common person to gain the strength to look deeply into what has happened to our country, and they want to focus upon the events of 9/11/2001, they will not have to go any farther than Dr. David Ray Griffin's work on the subject, and "Debunking 9/11 Debunking" will serve as THE SEMINAL WORK on the subject. This will even be true to those of us who know a great deal about 9/11/2001...those of us who comprise what is known as the "9/11 Truth Movement".

Should a new reader tackle this complex and highly emotional subject, I recommend that you read Dr. Griffin's "New Pearl Harbor" and then "Debunking 9/11 Debunking". Then, when you read the "9/11 Commission Report", Dr. Griffin's "Ommissions and Distortions", and lastly, any and all of the articles and books that are debunked by his latest book, you will make your transition to the truth a lot easier. You might even be able to explain it all to others...and certainly to your children.

I place this "false-flag" or self-inflicted attack of 9/11/2001 in a very special and narrow group of events that are extreemely significant, at least in my own consciousness regarding the portion of US and world political history in which I have lived, or have been chronologically near. To me, bombing Nagasaki and Hiroshima, landing man on the moon, and perhaps assassinating our own president are the only others to make that short influential list.

Much is noted by Dr. Griffin in his works on 9/11/2001 about how much opportunity this attack gave many folks to make money, to spread US interest across the world, to gain military geo-political footholds, and to me, to hold up the value of the US dollar, but I look at 9/11/2001 as another, far greater opportunity. We can, as a country, look at the attack as merely a symptom and not the base problem, and therefore, we can, if we want, take steps to remove the cancer, to remove the disease, to reinstate what many of us once held in high esteem...our democracy.

9/11/2001 is easily THAT BIG, and Dr. Griffin's book on the subject is hundreds of times bigger yet. We can, and will effect such changes.

David Ray Griffin has produced another fine work, once again meticulously researched and documented. All of the statements made by Dr. Griffin in this book are of high academic merit as you would expect. This is a work worthy of great praise; it is truly enlightening, educational and inspiring. After reading this book, you will walk away with the feeling that you have acquired knowledge, wisdom and understanding as well as new skills in critically evaluating evidence.

The official 9/11 conspiracy theory as authorised by the government and produced by Philip Zelikow and the Keane- Hamilton 9/11 commission is the political and social myth of the 21st century. David Ray Griffin has exposed it once more for being nothing more than a fable and a most repugnant form political propaganda.
The war on terror/war of terror is based on the 9/11 political myth; its purpose is to secure the military-industrial complex, full spectrum dominance over the socio-political-economic life of the peoples of this world and their resources.
The official account of the events of 9/11 simply can not stand up to scientific scrutiny; neither can the claims regarding Al-Qaeda.
Al-Qaeda is simply a delusional concept, the ranks of which are filled with provocateured patsies and misinformed fanatics, sadly neither of whom are hard to find. You only have to look at the recent show trials of Moussaoui in the US and the British fertilizer bombers in the UK. You will see that the war on terror and Al-Qaeda consists of individuals nurtured by informants and agent provocateurs. The only real terror is the fear of terror, and that which is staged, provocateured & officially sanctioned by rouge criminal elements within the governments themselves. These elements use the powers of the state to carry out the atrocities of 9/11 and 7/7 for example, all the while representing the interests of the criminal military-industrial complex.

The book casts unhurried and generous light on deceptions designed to enslave. Page by shimmering page, the author carries his lantern across once darkened labyrinths at unforced pace. The reader experiences a widening of perception and a lifting of consciousness. Miss not a sentence of this masterwork.

I declined a friend who begged me to read this book at least three times. I was vaguely aware that there were alternative conspiracy theories, other than the official one, that existed. Any time an alternate conspiracy theory was mentioned in casual conversating I "pfffffft" and chuckled.

Well, about a week ago, against what I thought was my good judgement, I buckled and promised my friend to read this book. I had thought that I'd just skim through it, leaving the TV on in the backround in case it's absurdity became too much to handle.

Well, I haven't put the book down, except for the 9 hours I'm at work during the day. My husband has been completely puzzled by my bookworm behaviour, as I'm not one to keep my nose in a book every free second I have.

Right now, as I write this, I honestly feel sick to my stomach. I've cried myself to sleep the last two nights. Why? Because this book has changed my mind on the events and aftermath of 9/11.

It's almost too much to handle all at once, all the revalations made by Mr. Griffin in this book. I feel like my mind has gone through a polar shift over the last 72 hours.

For over 5 years I've been blind. For 5 years I've been have been down-and-out lied to. Right under our noses, America was stolen by criminals. I'm infuriated, and don't know what to do with myself.

Reading this book was very much a life-altering event for me. I just hope enough people end up reading it. It could be the most important thing they ever do.

Debunking 9/11 Debunking is a monumental accomplishment by David Ray Griffin. He exhaustively and definitively destroys the pretensions of four major "9/11 debunking" publications published in 2006, shortly before the fifth anniversary of the events. Although the book is organized into chapters dealing with each one of the four publications in turn, Griffin has such a broad knowledge of all the evidence pertaining to the events, and such command of logic and argument, that the book is thoroughly cohesive and progressively builds an integrated critique of all dimensions of the official theory. Debunking 9/11 Debunking will effectively serve as a veritable encyclopedia of not just the facts of 9/11, but of the best arguments to debunk the official (and semi-official) lies about the facts. Griffin, as usual, avoids speculation and focuses on showing that the official story of what happened that day cannot be true.

Before the four central chapters, Griffin provides an Introduction ("Conspiracy Theories and Evidence") in which he distinguishes between rational and irrational conspiracy theories and discusses the "double standard" used by the mainstream and left-leaning press, i.e., the confused (or self-serving) way in which both fail to make this distinction and then assert that critiques of the official account are "conspiracy theories" while completely obfuscating the fact that the official story is itself a conspiracy theory. He deals in detail with tendencies of human thought that make it difficult for people to look at unfamiliar and threatening evidence ("paradigmatic" and "wishful-and-fearful thinking"), as well as the main a priori reasons put forward by such debunkers for why alternative theories needn't be taken seriously ("incompetence," "someone would have talked," "overwhelming evidence for al-Qaeda's responsibility," etc.). The Introduction concludes with a discussion of the role of scientists and scientific explanations in 9/11 conspiracy theories, and shows that just as there are rational and irrational conspiracy theories regarding 9/11, both scientific and unscientific theories to explain the events have been put forward. The rest of the book shows that science and reason are all on one side, that of the alternative, not the official, 9/11 conspiracy theory.

Chapter 1 zeroes in on the Vanity Fair article by Michael Bronner, "9/11 Live: the NORAD Tapes", which was published in the September, 2006 issue of the magazine. Bronner claimed to provide the real story of the military's response to the hijackings, based on his privileged access to the "NORAD tapes", i.e., selections from the audio tapes recorded by NORAD (and the FAA) as the events took place. Griffin proves conclusively that the story told by Bronner is an elaborate and clever psyop filled with lies. First, the tapes, which only surfaced in 2004, are contradicted by volumes of independent evidence, which Griffin exhaustively details. Second, Griffin's extensive new research, especially long interviews by email with a former FAA air traffic controller, Robin Hordon, and with the current military liaison at the FAA's Boston Center, Colin Scoggins, who was on-duty that day, shows that the story told by Bronner about the FAA's slow response to the flight emergencies of all four planes is simply incredible. He presents a detailed, nuanced analysis of the important distinction between the "Emergency Protocol" and the "Hijacking Protocol", and shows that the military (with the help of Bronner and the 9/11 Commission) is attempting to defend itself from charges of a stand-down by claiming that their responses were controlled by the slower "Hijacking Protocol". Finally, Griffin makes an extremely strong case for the high probability that the "tapes" themselves are fakes, likely the product of voice morphing-technology and cherry-picking of real tapes to make a false audio record.

In Chapter 2 Griffin turns to the book Without Precedent by the co-chairmen of the 9/11 Commission, Thomas Kean and Lee Hamilton, published in August, 2006. He proceeds to dissect, with his usual rigor and precision, the lame efforts of Kean and Hamilton to debunk different alternative conspiracy theories. He turns their own arguments against them by showing that every type of flaw they find in alternative theories is actually far more accurately descriptive of their own, official, irrational conspiracy theory. Griffin completely destroys their efforts to debunk the stand-down theory and theories that assert that flight 77 did not hit the Pentagon, and notes that they avoid all mention of the alternative theories about the destruction of the World Trade Center buildings (and again, as in The 9/11 Commission Report, they never mention the collapse of WTC 7). Griffin then exhaustively shows that their criteria for identifying "conspiracy theories" all apply best to their own theory, in that they begin with their conclusion, they exclude vast amounts of relevant evidence completely (most notably the fact that Philip Zelikow, the Executive Director of the Commission, is a close associate of the Bush administration and completely skewed its "investigation"), their continued adherence to theories already disproved by facts, their ignoring of facts contradicting their theory, their uncritical acceptance of dubious evidence, their reliance on third-hand evidence, and their disdain for open and informed debate. Griffin's destruction of their pretensions to have provided an objective, rational analysis of "conspiracy theories" could not be more total.

In Chapter 3 Griffin takes up the online publication by the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) entitled "Answers to FAQs", from August 30, 2006. The title refers to frequently asked questions about NIST's earlier Report on the destruction of the Twin Towers, which had failed to provide an explanation that satisfied many readers, and resulted in a flood of questions to the agency. In its "Answers to FAQs" NIST pretends to set all such questions to rest. Griffin shows, again with extraordinary thoroughness and incisiveness, that NIST has failed to debunk the controlled demolition theory of the Tower's (and WTC 7's) destruction. He shows that the planes could not have caused the extensive damage to the columns and fireproofing claimed by NIST; that the fires were nowhere near as hot, long-lasting, and extensive as claimed; that NISTs theory of "collapse" cannot, therefore, be true; that NIST fraudulently "tweaked" its computer models of the situations in the Towers, changing parameters until it generated the result they wanted; that, entirely unscientifically, they never even considered the hypothesis of controlled demolition as a possible explanation; that NIST claimed there were no explosions within the Towers just before they fell (the massive evidence for which Griffin summarizes); that NIST claimed there were no other types of evidence for controlled demolition (the voluminous evidence is then presented in exhaustive detail by Griffin); and finally, Griffin asks, "What about WTC 7"? NIST still has not provided the public with a report on the collapse of Building 7, despite its mandate to do so; as Griffin details, this is probably due to the very substantial difficulty they will have in explaining the collapse in any way other than as the result of a controlled demolition.

In a blockbuster of a last chapter, Griffin in Chapter 4 destroys Popular Mechanics' Debunking 9/11 Myths, a short book expanding a 2005 article in that magazine. He starts out with a thorough deconstruction of Senator John McCain's propagandistic Foreword, and then reviews the history of the involvement of Benjamin Chertoff, cousin of Michael Chertoff, Director of Homeland Security, in the book's production, and the fact that the editors of the book deny this relationship. Griffin then explicates the logic underlying the task facing Popular Mechanics. Specifically, it "must show that every one of the key claims made by the leading critics of the official story is false. Why? Because each of these claims challenges one of the essential claims of the official story. If even one of those essential claims is disproved, then the official story as such is thrown into doubt. Critics do not need to show the falsity of every essential element in the official account; they need to show only the falsity of one such element." Griffin then proceeds to demonstrate, in great detail, that the book utterly fails to accomplish its purpose with respect to even one essential claim of the leading critics of the official story, let alone all of them. He follows the order of the book and shows that the arguments presented to debunk critics of the official account of the planes and the alleged hijackers' flying skills, the stand-down, the destruction of the World Trade Center, the events at the Pentagon, and Flight 93 all fail, quite miserably and even comically. Along the way he exposes the many rhetorical tricks and deceptions used by the editors to fool gullible readers.

The book's Conclusion returns to the role played by the press, showing that its uncritical acceptance of the official conspiracy theory of 9/11, due to its reliance upon the authority of the government and its unfounded assumption that official and semi-official publications have been genuinely scientific, objectively neutral reports, has perpetuated an irrational and unscientific theory and suppressed far more rational and scientific alternatives. Griffin provides examples of this misplaced trust in the government in writings by left-leaning journalists, including Alex Cockburn and Matt Rothschild. He believes the left press may be able to see the errors they have made, and make a turn toward the truth, but holds out little hope for the mainstream press, which largely has vested interests in the government agenda of "the war on terror." Griffin concludes with suggestions for how US citizens and people in other countries could organize and mobilize to demand a genuine investigation into 9/11, leading to judicial proceedings.

Debunking 9/11 Debunking is a tremendous book, which should be read by everyone. By utterly destroying each of the well-funded, best efforts of the government to defend its case in the court of public opinion, the book effectively finishes off the official conspiracy theory. With this book in its arsenal, the 9/11 truth movement is set to take the offensive. It is time to launch this Debunker Buster at the hardened fortresses of the mass murderers within. Do what the perpetrators fear most. Read this book!

Griffin a brilliant theologian and a dedicated 9/11 truth seeker has written another thorough and well researched book that will send chills into the minds and the hearts of the 9/11 official theory architects. Griffin with his passion for truth, debunks point by point Popular Mechanics claims and pseudo-corroboration of the official conspiracy theory. He convincingly strikes back with overwhelming evidence at the disinformation campaign and every circulating 9/11 myth that was launched by the corporate/culprit media to perpetuate the official story. The truth about 9/11 will never be revealed, because the majority of the public are guided by their conditioning of the herd mentality that deters them from critical thinking.
We are trained not to question authority and to follow it blindly even into the abyss. It is biblical! You don't reveal the truth and question the establishment or you will be banished from the Garden Eden and crucified!

Claims of incompetence will always remain the theme that would prevail, in order justify the occurrence of 9/11. It is more benign than complicity and treason, and would disguise the military state in the flag of democracy. It is also an acceptable scenario in the minds of the fearful herds, because it would help them correlate to their own incompetence, and to the lack of control in their own lives. In addition, when a federal agency claims incompetence for its mistakes, it will receive more control, funding and resources, and will eventually expand to a bloating level in order to reduce these mistakes. Ironically, whenever an error occurs, it is usually blamed on that same bloated bureaucracy that was expanded to begin with to resolve that same problem. It is an interesting cycle, nevertheless a vicious one.
Are you confused yet? If you are, that is good! That is the whole idea, which is for us to remain in a state of confusion; therefore, we accept whatever we are told, as we become little incapacitated automotons repeating the propaganda and the buzzwords that were engendered for us by the elitist media to propagate their myth and advance their global agenda. That in turn would reduce our inner conflict about two opposing ideas, and would eventually force us into choosing the most familiar and the safest idea that quells our inner conflict and help us regain balance and harmony.

Once again, congratulations to Griffin on a job well done! Another book another blackout! Debunking 9/11 Debunking is a must read. Open-mindedness is a frightening phenomenon, but the truth is worth the risk!!

One problem inherent in attempting to discern the truth about what we've been told about 9/11 is the sheer volume of work aavailable on the subject now.

There have been countless books written on the subject of 9/11, both in support of the official conspiracy theory (the one about 19 fanatical young arab muslims) and the various alternative theories that essentially argue that the official conspiracy theory in invalid. This fact of course means that to come to one's own conclusions would seem at first to require inordinate amounts of time and effort to sift through the worthwhile and the worthless.

Whereas poorly researched and written books can be found in support of both basic positions (the official story and the "official story is wrong") books of the caliber of Prof. Griffin's latest are rare indeed. Not only is it apparent from the crisp and clear writing that Prof. Griffin's is a formidable intellect, it is abundatly clear from his grasp of all of the important aspects of the story that he has done not just his homework but that of everyone else in the class, just to be thorough.

To keep this review brief, I won't summarize as others no doubt will his main points--the book is a rebuttal to 4 separate official and "semi-official" works that were presented to the public in August 2006 presumably to buttress the official story in advance of the peaking interest surrounding the 5th anniversary of the tragic crimes. All are exposed as shoddy attempts to fool uncritical readers--those who are mainly looking to have their prior conclusions (that the Bush admin has told the entire truth about those events) confirmed.

The magic of Griffin's work is that he does not destroy these myths in an angry or histrionic way in the manner of a pro-wrestler like an Alex Jones (sensationalist "journalistic showman" with a considerable following). He is as sober and lucid as you would expect a Christian theologian--a thinking man of morals if you will--to be.

By all means pick up a copy (I recommend used) of the works he critiques so as to confirm his findings. Without Precedent by Kean and Hamilton, and Debunking 9/11 Myths by Popular Mechanics are the books, then there is a Vanity Fair article and the NIST's "answers to frequently asked questions" online.

Understand that we are living in times of rampant deception (no surprise to those following the news in the last five years) and that it's not actually as difficult as it would seem to separate the facts from the fanciful. What may surprise you is just how many facts there are that contradict the official story we've been told. The revelations are eye-opening in a manner both shocking and bracing--you will after reading Griffin's book have a renewed sense of positive outrage and energy that comes with having lies exposed and criminality laid bare and vulnerable before you. You will understand the world in a way you had not previously, and surprisingly perhaps in a way that will empower you to be a full participant in the growing movement to empower the citizen with the knowledge necessary to finally begin fighting back against the destructive corruption gripping our democracy.

Bravo, Prof. Griffin! Your country thanks you.

This is the seminal book on the 911 subject. Griffin easily tears apart the "debunking" books and articles of the reality of what happened on 911. This book along with Tarpley's "Synthetic Terror" are all you need to expose someone to the Truth - which then will lift the veil from their eyes. And make them see the world for what it really is.

And any student of history just sees that this whole false flag operation is just more of the same for the NWO slave masters.

The kicker for me is the fact that according to Bush and the Neocons - The "terrorists" struck to take away our Liberty. Then the Bush regime takes away our Liberty with the Patriot Act, the Military Commissions Act, etc. (And yes - I have read them all.) Now, how can that be logically explained? Where is the critical thinking? How do people not see this?

For me, now with Griffin's newest book, I am moving on to try and see how we can stop the madness that is destroying the USA, our Constitution, and the world. 911 is just a smoking gun after all. It is not the end. It is the scary prelude to what they have in store for us.
