This title '3 Decades of Soul Ballads' is taken from disc 1 of the 1988 & 2003 Madacy 3CD, 30 song set.

This Sony Music thru Columbia Records release is the same 10 song set in their 2003 release of 'Midnight Soul' above.

I mistrust companies that simply re-package the same set of songs and the only motivation is greed or so it seems. Any digital upgrades...nothing said or done I assume. I have both and I couldn't tell by just listening.
