MY IVORY TOWER, May 20, 2000

Words cannot truly express the beauty of 3 things: heaven, art, and music. This CD is so beautiful, I must try.
Some of my favorite songs of all time are on this CD performed to perfection, I can honestly say as I have been a violinist in different symphonies since I was only 11 years old. This CD is truly a gem.
I rated each song to make it clearer to you. My scale was 0 to 3 stars, with 3 being the highest score. It got 33 out of a possible 39.
The 5 star rating is due to the wonderful components of contrast (pianissimo to forte); the astounding intonation, and the beautiful, emotional, passionate intrepretation of all the musicians and of course the composers and writers themselves!
My top 3 personal favorites are: 1 Adagio for Strings by Barber (my all-time favorite song forever) 2 Claire de Lune by Debussy 3 Air on the G string by Bach
If you want renewal, refreshing, and spiritual awakening, this is the CD for you.
