Since listening to the cd I have noticed I make more conscious choices about the foods I'm eating....I love the waking up sounds - it was as if the sounds were waves washing over each chakra. l fell asleep on my couch last night- woke up at 2:15 a.m. put myself to bed, and felt very awake so thought I would put your cd on for relaxation. It was the first time I heard it (consciously) all the way through. It's very good!! Usually I fall asleep as soon as the warmth starts working its way up my legs. All too often, we think of narrow results when trying to achieve a goal. What I noticed by listening to Tina's CD is that many things in my life need to clear before my body will lose the weight! This CD has helped me to fall asleep. I've been struggling with insomnia since I was 16 (now 39). Sometimes the body has to clear the underlying issue that is causing weight gain. By resolving my insomnia, I'm able to regain control over my weight, because my body needs to balance the sleep/wake hormones (serotonin/melatonin). An imbalance of these hormones can alter metabolism and trigger carbohydrate cravings, since the body is trying to replenish serotonin! So my subconscious is clearing the issues that are causing my weight gain! Stick with this CD and become aware of what's ACTUALLY clearing in your life. As a Psychotherapist and Life Coach who specializes in body image and self-steem, I am often skeptical of products that have anything to do with "Weight Management". Often times, both men and women have unrealistic expectations to look like media images that have been airbrushed to perfection. I decided to listen to Tina's CD for myself before recommending it to my clients. I was astounded!The CD promotes accepting yourself just as you are! After listening to the CD only a few times, I stopped craving sweets,carbohydrates, and am making healthier food choices. I listen to the CD at bedtime and also have a more restful sleep! I feel fantastic! I would recommend this CD to anyone who has body image issues or wants to lose, gain, or maintain their current weight.

I havent lost any weight, but I havent gained any either. I feel good about me lately and sleep much better. That in itself is great.

I had really high hopes for this cd based on the earlier reviews. Unfortunately, I now wish I'd bought something else.
In general I liked the message, although it was a little "new-agey" for me. The soft music in the background is nice; somewhat like those pictures with another picture hidden if you stare long enough. Saachi's accent and some grammatical errors (or cd skips?) were somewhat distracting, but I could get past that. But then, I got the end of the cd. First of all, it would be nice if it contained some messages for the listener to ignore the waking commands if he or she had fallen asleep. Even that I could deal with. But the HORRIBLE, ANNOYING, UNBEARABLE music at the end totally ruined any state of relaxation I had achieved, making the whole cd totally useless for me. What a waste of $25.
