5.0 out of 5 stars It can be done!, September 15, 2006
This review is from: Decimal Computation (Hardcover)
This book is a collection of BCD computation techniques. That can be built with TTL CMOS LSI logic chips. I had a teacher in school tell us over and over you can't do that type of math in hardware; only in software.

Chapters are:

1> Introduction

2> Addition and Subtraction

3> Multiplication

4> Divison

5> Square Root

6> Logarithm and Exponetials

7> Trigonometric Functions

8> Hyperbolic Functions

9> Fixed Versus Floation-Point Operations

10> Review of Logic Circuits.

Apendices A,B, and C contain APL programs to generate the various tables in Chapters 3 to 8.
