Dr Billing-Yun book on DBP is another very well written and researched boook on how President Eisenhower made his decisions to stay out of military involment to save the French Militray in Vietanm. The book draws on alot of techinal research which in my mind give the reader a clear understanding of the US Gov't and how it operated in the mid 1950's. A great book to add to anyone who has read the Militray accounts of DBP.
