I just love Stafford Beer and I find his ideas to be fascinating. As I study his works I hope to one day incorporate his ideas in to my own Systems design. His writing is wonderful- not too dry, while exhibiting an inspiring grasp of the English language. This is one of those books that while dense, inspires new thoughts and ideas, and is FILLED with wisdom that you would never think of! This book applies not only to Ops, but to LIFE as well. The author gives examples and constructs his arguments skillfully and wisely. Absolutely wonderful writing, something sadly missing in most literature in this field.
