For $120 and free shipping, this didn't seem like a bad deal. Sitting on my patio, with it's quirky, warped self, maybe not so much! The grill to keep the logs off the bottom slips around, the lid doesn't sit all the way down into the groove, making it useless as a table if you want to sit anything larger than a coffee mug on it. The screen spark guard is poorly made, wonky and has a large repair spot on it where it was made incorrectly the first time. All in all, not a great deal for the money. Put your 120 towards something nicer. In the long run, I don't think this one will last longer than a year or two but with the way it looks, I probably wont want it to! The only reason I gave it three stars is because I will keep it. It will function as a fire pit, which is what I wanted it for really.

I ordered this fire pit because it was the least expensive and one of the smaller of the ones which came with a flat cover with which to convert the pit into a small table. I liked the design, and brushed aside the reviewer who stated that their fire pit arrived with a dent, thinking that it couldn't happen again. That was my mistake - my fire pit also arrived with a dent. Like the other reviewer, I was able to bend the thin metal back with pliers, and like them, it is not entirely straight, which means that the cover does not rest evenly on the fire pit. Also, the round rim comes in four pieces which do not attach smoothly together, making for gaps between two of the four connections. I cannot fix this with pliers; the alignment is fixed by where the pre-drilled holes used to attach the legs are placed. In short, cheap in all ways. If you want the least expensive fire pit with a table (by almost 100 USD), this is your fire pit. if it is more important to have one that is put together evenly, then I suggest you spend the extra money for a better built fire pit.

Really should have looked around more before I purchased this one. The rim that surrounds it has to be put together and the peices do not fit together easily. It does the job but I could have gotten one for the same price or just a tad more that are one solid peice all the way around and a little bit bigger.

Good item. Sends to APO, which is a plus. Metal bowl was bent up on the rim when we put it together. Therefor the lid to make it a table was not flush w/ the rest of it. No big deal, the bowl rim can bend if you have the right tools. Still is not flush, but it is better then what it was. Good enough for the money.
