My 12-year-old ordered this book because he loves the tv show, Ned's Declassified. Since it includes tips similar to the ones on the show, the book didn't really offer anything that new. However, my son did decide to buy an accordian folder to store all his homework, which was a suggestion in the book. So, while the book is definitely light reading, my son did enjoy it and actually did apply some of the ideas he read about.

I purchased this book for my classroom library. As with all the books I buy, I read this one before I put it out for my students. It's a very cute, funny book, with only one flaw. There is one page missing from the book, and in its place is a duplicate of a previous page. However, since the book is a book of lists, it is not too much of a problem. I teach middle school, and all of the students are familiar with the show, and the book is very popular with my 6th graders.
