I got this for my craft loving 7 year old daughter for Christmas and it was the first toy she got out to use. She loved decorating her own furniture. I don't think she's played with the furniture since she's painted it though. The pieces are sturdy and there is plenty of paint.

Well built furniture, endless possibilities, especially if you skip the pastel paints and use your own. Daughter loves it.

As an early childhood educator, I try to find toys that foster creativity, development and are fun! My kids love to paint these sets. The price is great and the furniture lasts forever. Melissa and Doug toys are wonderful.
