This is one of the best albums I've ever heard! The ballads on this album will give you the chills. If you're going to bring a date home, make sure that Sashas CD is in the player!!!

One of the best albums to come out in a while,

For more info on this album see my review posted under the Sasha - If you believe maxi cd single. Sasha is bound to become a Top 40 sensation here in the US. Every song he releases in Germany, where he originates, makes it to the top 10 if not the top 5, and has won numerous newcomer awards in Europe. Looks like he finally has his sites set on the US and all I can say is it is about time. I am not big on remakes, especially when the originals are perfect, such as Lionel Richie's "Easy". Sasha had definitely done it justice and I would have to say that I have to struggle to even tell the difference between Sasha's voice when he is singing this song and Lionel Richie's. Sasha does not sing like Lionel Richie! He simply has the range and talent to emulate him in this song. There are a bunch of beautiful songs in this album. I love all the songs in this album but tracks 7, 8, and 9 tend to get a little too bubble gum. They are catchy though and if you can overlook those few songs and this is your style music (Top 40 or Adult Contemporary for the most part) then I am sure that there are more than a few of these songs that will be your favorite for a time. Still one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard, would have to be "We can leave the world (behind)" you have just got to listen to it and read the words, or just really listen. The opening lines.."If your feeling times of trouble, and you need a helping hand, just trust in me and we can make it through".

He's one of the most famous German pop singers and often compared to George Michael. While his singles are usually pretty good, the rest of his albums is most often ok but not as good as you would expect. He started his career as the backing singer of Young Deenay and currently uses the stagename Dick Brave. One wonders if he tries to distance himself from his "Sasha"-releases by now. US people also know him as "Sasha Alexander"

Let Me Be The One...,

Trust me, the version you--and the CD--have labeled as the US version of this song is the Euro version. I remember when the US version came out; it is Track 13. But it's their mistake, not yours. Peace! (By the way, you gotta review the other two CDs.)

To say Sasha Alexander has been shortchanged in the U.S. is an understatement. His hypnotic ballad, "If You Believe" received sparse air-play. Listeners, such as myself who managed to hear the song a few times were impressed. The album release has been delayed for a year atleast, but it is worth the wait. "Dedicated To..." is a very stellar collection of ballads and mid-tempo cuts. "If You Believe" has been remixed, but thankfully it is very close to the original and only enhances the positives. The amazing track is followed by, "We Can Leave The World" which is a heartfelt ballad with the piano right up front. Throughout the CD, Sasha's voice shines. His voice has the texture and warmth that many performers today lack. Other notable tracks include the danceable, "Let Me Be The One" and the catchy ballad, "Don't You Forget Me." There are a couple of lack-luster tracks, but only 2 or 3 out of 12, makes for a very enjoyable listening experience. If you don't believe in Sasha Alexander, this album will change your mind. Highly recommended.R. Mayer Email: MusicMayer@aol.com

This is NOT DJ Sasha,

Unfortunately, it seems as if many music fans have made the mistake of assuming this Sasha cd is an import from the premier progressive trance DJ Sasha. It is NOT. This CD sounds more like N'Sync or the Backstreet Boys.

Americans don't understand good music , they just like puffy,

In the first place : Sasha is one of the best soul singers now , u have to listen to the song If u belive in love , thats one of the best songs at the moment . Secondly i think that its a shame that he is not famous in the us and thats a result of the stupid marketing generation in the usa. So before that u judge him , listen to his voice and talent , and don't listen to the songs of puffy and other mutants , this is real music guys!

First of all, this isn't DJ SASHA (so, you techno fans must go somewere else). I really love the ballads but i don't like the number 7 track (maybe is the rythm, nothing to do with the rest of the album)... I listened it over and over again.. I'm in love with the cd and with the singer (he's really handsome)!
