Format: Paperback
Mekonnen's book, Deep in True Self, is as inspiring as it is educational. I liked many of the quotes he used of famous people, and not-so-famous people throughout his book. Stories of people living their True Self and stories of people not living their True Self. I especially liked the conversations he would have with his patients. They gave great insight into this interesting author. Deep in True Self gets you thinking about your own life. This book opened my eyes to discovering my needs on the pathway towards inner peace. Before reading this book, I had never looked at death being a motivating factor for living my true life, like Steve Jobs did. Deep in True Self includes a study for those interested in reading an original Quantitative Research of a Postive Relationship between Personality and Cardiovascular Disease.
