I cannot sit and study without having this CD playing through my headphones. I swear this will help you read smoother, understand what you're reading while your reading it, retain information longer, and enhance your study sessions. I simply put the CD in my player, put on some large 'noise-cancelling' headphones, and start reading my textbooks. When it comes times for tests, you will find information recollection coming to you in droves. I swear, this is the best CD out there for studying. Please try it.

I recommend this cd and Deep Meditation also by same as a very fast brain wave entrainment to cool down to alpha to Theta state. A Remote Viewing instructor played a short bit of her music plus binaural beats in class and I was amazed at how fast it helped to reach an optimum viewing state. I have tried a variety of brainwave entrainment and hemi sync recordings for this purpose but the Kelly Howell Deep Learning and Deep Meditation suit me best and take 20 minutes or less, I don't like any with subliminal or vocal directions. These two are without those distractions and combine some heavenly music sounds with the binaural beats.

The music and sounds on this tape are both relaxing and energizing! I use the tape, sometimes before, sometimes during my studying. I'm not sure if it helps, or if it's a placebo effect, but I really enjoy it, and the results on my tests are pleasing!

I have several CD's and audio tapes from the Brain Synch series, but this is the one I listen to most often. It consists of 30 minutes of simple yet soothing ambient music--a steady, swirling drone of melodic, synthesized tones which merge together to create a soothing, hypnotic and tranquil atmosphere. Although I originally bought it for meditation, I found that it makes perfect background music for typing, reading, or working at the computer. It can also be used to create an intimate, romantic atmosphere as well.

The CD contains two identical 30-minute tracks. The audio tape has the same 30-minute tack on each side. Some of my other favorites in the series are "High Focus" "Deep Insight" and "Brain Power," but "Deep Learning" is my favorite.

I must confess something (hey, is my manager around?) - I kind of became unable to focus at work in the last months, so much stress took its toll on me, and I'm now trying to get all the help I can. I saw this CD recommended in a Listmania, looked over the existing reviews and ordered one. You know what? IT WORKS! I am now able to do much better, since I work listening to it all the time. After a few days on this CD, I started getting some lecithin help, and the effects apparently combined. I hope that I will improve even more, I'll continue these and also try other relaxation techniques. Anyway, I carry this CD from in my bag, to have it available both at home and in the office. Get yours!

There are two versions of this cd called Deep Learing by Kelly Howell but you wouldn't know which version you are buying because they both have the same ISB numbers and claim to be spoken free:
One version has two identical tracks, and it is free from spoken words.

The other version has two different tracks and claims to be free from spoken words but it is not: the first track is music with an introduction to the programme (which is unnecessary and annoying to listen to each time since the information is on the cover anyway). The second track is ambient sound.

Disappointingly the producer is not helpful to tell you which version you are buying. I send them emails but they never bothered to (and Amazon sellers wouldn't know specially if they are selling it new & wrapped).

One star, because you can't be sure what version the reviews are about and what version you are ordering.

The Deep Learning CD is helping me to stay alert and focused when learning new material. One evening, I needed to learn a difficult topic in a book and was totally exhausted from the day's activity. But, the CD actually stimulated my brains to stay alert and focused on the material at hand. I am excited about the benefits of the CD. I highly recommend it.

This is something designed for meditation to put one to sleep. If you try and follow the directions while studying for an exam the next day, I am sure you will fail. I do like her lucid thinking(High Focus) CD but I listened to this one twice, say what it did, and realized that it was not a good method of learning new information. I feel that the lucid thinking (High Focus)CD is much better.

The Cd is lovely to listen to. I was surprised to be listening to the sound of waves breaking on the beach, pleasantly.

I only use this item to meditate. But without any voice this is great for my use.
