Deep Relaxation is the perfect way to wind down after a busy or stressful day. The music and guidance by Sandy McDermott helps you relax all your muscles, and alleviate aches or pains in your body. I find listening to this CD after a day of working at the computer or after traveling most helpful to ease tension and relax my body. I highly recommend this CD.

Deep Relaxation relaxes your body in a way that I have never experienced before. I was skeptical that guided imagery was for me, but one listen to this CD changed that! I truly believe that Sandy's voice is a special gift and I feel so lucky she chooses to share it.

I just don't really like her narrative or voice tone. It doesn't work for me...... at all. I guess the picture of the boats is nice, though.
