The blue light caught my eye when I first saw this gadget in person (in the pic the light looks white but its actually a cool blue color). This guy sits on my desk to keep me company and is about the size of my fist so it does not take up too much space. The detailing of the fish is actually pretty amazing- the fish is engraved into a metallic coating. He reminds me of one of my favorite motto's- "a little more carrot, a little less stick"....or in this case..."a little more light, a little less bite."

I originally got this because I thought it would be a witty way to light my bedroom desk surface when working late at night as my wife slept.
It was quickly co-opted by my daughter who was fascinated by the blue orb. It seems the light not only seduces small prey fresh but also children as well. It has become her favorite night light, just keep it high and out of reach with the exposed circuit and battery.
Either way, its a clever touch for my home.
