Couldn't put it down!,

This review is from: Deep Selection (Hardcover)
This was an excellent book for several reasons. First, the plot catches your attention - a murder of a congresswoman associated with the disasterous results of a "tailhook" type scandal, which is a story that captured the headlines for so long. Second, it reports on and exposes male-female working relationships in a raw and unjudgemental way in both the armed forces and in law enforcement. This is very refreshing and gives the reader much to ponder. Finally, it has enough twists and turns to keep you guessing as to who the murderer is, but doesn't get mired in too many details as to confuse the reader. It was a great read, and I highly recommend it.
