I have a sleep disorder called Restless Leg Syndrome. I have used this cassette nightly for 3 years to get a great night's sleep. I am ordering a second copy because I have finally worn my other one out.

I really liked this tape. I bought it for myself and my children. It is very relaxing. My children have enjoyed it so much they've asked me to purchase them one of their own so we don't have to take turns. We all highly recommend it.
