This is a record you should listen carefully. Based on irish traditional instruments (basically the uilleann pipe) with the addition of saxes, pianos, drums, etc., it's an incredible mix of folk, jazz, soul, funk, pop, and etcéteras, perfectly interpreted. Don't let this cd go away.

What an amazing blend of Irish Trad and, well...Jazz. Sound strange? Strangely, it works...really well! I love the use of pipes and sax, fiddle and bass, trap and darabouka. Saddly, the band is no more after BMG bought their label then droped 'em. Way to go corporate America. If anyone knows how to get Sin e's previous albums (more traditionally based celtic stuff)please do post what you know.
