This set has 3 DVD's and 7 hours of time. I have watched them all over 3-4 times and will watch again many times. I was lucky to stumble across this DVD which is the SynchroDestiny seminar you pay 1000+ $$ to attend. The live seminar has more , but this is great for those of us who do not have the finances. The Book Spontaneous Fullfillment of Desire covers much of the same material , but I find them complementary not redundant. I love both the DVD and book. It was very helpful to hear explanations, and the section on emotional turbulance on the DVD is excellent and much more in depth than the book. Other sections are also expanded upon, and it is great to hear it and have a visual. I wish there were more similar DVD's.I have had to watch this over and over to begin to absorb this information. I know if I went to a seminar I would want to hear it over and over, because I keep finding more meaning and understanding each time:) His other videos are not half as good. If you even somewhat liked his other videos this is 10 X better:)
I find it very difficult to describe this DVD. I find Deepak Chopra's view of life as a synthesis of physics, philosophy, psychology and religion. This DVD reviews all of these, describes reality as a holograph, synchronicity, coincidences, and also reviews why ritual is important in the process of learning. His contribution to learning and ritual is meditation and gives 7 daily "meditations". Actually there is a statement and then explanation and several affirmations. I feel better just reading the book and practicing the daily sutras. It is really simple things like realizing we are all more similar than different. We all have the same wants and needs such as love, safety, fullfillment.He reviews them quickly on the DVD. The book is necessary for this, but the DVD has many things the book does not.
If you are even slightly interested and you are if you are reading this, then buy this DVD and the book!:) Sorry but I find it difficult to summarize the contents in any meaningful way. It has been an integral part in my paradigm shift of how I view the world. He is not the only author that is part of my change , but his explanations have been a very important part. He also has a SynchroDestiny CD set - 8 CD's more expensive from Nigntingale Conant , but also very good and again complementary to the other two products. Similar but not the same.

Not quite finished yet (it's 3 dvds). Like what I've seen so far. This last dvd should be more interesting as it is getting more intense about meditation.
