Keep in mind, I write my reviews based on value of the product. For a $40 a pair, these shoes meet every criteria for a five star. These shoes do have flaws, but if you want better shoes, pay more money for them. It's as simple as that.

The Good:
Good fit. I was worried that my wide feet wouldn't fit comfortably, but there were no issues.
The design is sound. My feet don't slip out, the sole of the shoe is a solid rubber and feels to be decently durable.
They made a significant attempt to make the shoe comfortable. Lots of padding inside the shoes.
Passes as a professional shoe. Unless under close scrutiny, nobody would really notice you're wearing cheap shoes.

The Bad:
The inside padding is definitely cheap and doesn't provide prolonged comfort. However, it is enough for intermittent standing.
The traction isn't very impressive. If you enter a slick area, you are at risk of slipping.
The material reminds me of a cheap couch.
The shape of the shoe isn't the most appealing. It's hard to explain, but it doesn't have many arches or bows which are found on most dress shoes.
The heel should probably be raised slightly.
Does not breathe

The Ugly:
The soft material causes a large crease to form on the top during the first use.

Overall, a good professional shoe for someone without a lot of cash. You won't get better than this for $40.

I got these for my husband for work. He likes the style. But they do crease right across the toe box almost immediately and that gives them kind of a "Cheap" look. But, he doesn't mind and they get the job done for now. If you're looking for very basic dress shoes, these are inexpensive and comfortable.

I will definitely buy more vegan shoes from this manufacturer. Very comfortable and fit perfectly. They are appropriate for the office.

I took a chance and ordered a pair of Deer Stags Men's Williamsburg Oxford in Black, size 10.5 EEE. I have short, wide feet with a very high instep. I wore the shoes right out of the box for about four hours and they were very comfortable. The first day I wore them to work, my instep on my right foot began to ache a bit, but I loosened the laces and haven't had an issue since. I am eager to see how long they last as these are my primary work shoes. I have a pair of SAS shoes which I've worn daily for several years, but I needed a pair that were a bit dressier looking. The SAS are without a doubt the best shoes I've ever purchased, but they come with a very high price tag. I am hoping the Deer Stags will last a commensurate amount of time for the much lower price. I am very happy with these shoes.

For the price this shoe is OK, it seems to be fairly well made. I should have ordered a half size larger, but it fits OK. Not good for everyday wear, but is suitable for casual dress, especially when it's rainy and you don't want to ruin you $250 leather shoes.

I bought these as a Christmas present for my father and he really liked them.

They got lines where your foot bends the first time he took a step, but he was ok with it.

These shoes are just what I expected. Have owned them for about 2 months and they seem to wear well and surprisingly don't show creases or wrinkles so far.

First thing I said as I slipped these on was "mmm, comfy!!" Really really fookin' comfy azz shoes. I bought the 8.5 2E and this was my first, but definitely not my last, wide shoe. OMG, like, where have they been all my life? Now, I know that this brand has been receiving some heat as of lately for their shoes falling apart. So before I order more from this brand, I will give these a good trial run, which won't be hard to do as they are seriously extremely comfortable. If they hold up and prevail through the challenge, I will order several other models. Seriously, these are comfy as FRICK.

I've bought Deer Stags for my dress shoe as I wear them five days a week. They're on the low cost end but I will note they don't last very long and with the low price I sort of expect this. If you were wearing to church or once a week they'd last awhile but I put them at five days a week in the six month last to wear the seems don't start to tear. It costs around $20 to repair and go another few months so it's worth it to me to have the repair done. I'm thrifty so I don't want to spend $200 on a kick butt dress shoe. These do the trick for me.
