disappointing, June 4, 2010

I have been a big fan of defected albums over the years, yet they continue to disappoint me over the last 3 years. They were the best producers of house music for a long time without a doubt and I would purchase their cds without even reading reviews or listening to them because I always knew they would do a great job!
The first cd is very very average and completely not defected sound. Since it was Simon Dunmore mixing this album, I thought I couldnt go wrong, but I was very dissappointd with the first cd overall.
The second CD is the better one, starting out very well, the first half hour is very good but then it loses the 'defected sound' again. But its stil quite a good mix.
It is not a bad CD but this is not what I would expect from defected people, thats why I give it a 3 star.
I dont know whats happening to them, but they need to get back the old music they used to make with the albums they prouduced in 2004-5-6-7...

ANOTHER EXCELLENT CD BY DEFECTED IN THE HOUSE. I HAVE A NICE COLLECTION OF DEFECTED CD'S. HAVE YET TO BE DISAPPOINTED. IF YOUR FEET DON'T MOVE TO THIS CD,MAYBE YOU SHOULD VISIT A PODIATRIST!!!
