Excellent Product! This product enabled me to place my security cameras anywhere I want! Defender DF10W 60ft Camera Extension Wire

When I purchased the Defender DVR/camera system I was concerned about the lenght of the cables included with the kit(60ft.) because I needed more lenght for some camera locations(backyard,terrace,etc.). I was surprised to find the cable being sold separately here and the service and shipping were excellent.

I ordered a couple of these, but Amazon was unable to deliver them in a timely manner. I got the SVAT CVW62 version instead, which are white instead of black. Electrically they are the equivalent cable. The CVW62 cables are working great with a Defender SENTINEL1 system.

This product arrived quick. I am pleased with the shipping. A must have for long cable runs. Works with my video surveillance system.

When i purchased one of the the Defender systems, i was 6 feet short of cable and had to order more. It is nice to know that what you buy is supported by these kinds of logical extras. The only size is the 60 foot cable. It would be nice to have a short cable to choose from and the cost for 60" is very low. It took me 5 minutes to unhook the short cable and insert the extension. That was with running the lines in the attic.

I purchased a Defender video surveillance system for my parents from Amazon for Christmas, however, once my dad started installing it, he realized one of the 4 "runs" was going to be short (each of the cables that came with the unit was 60 feet). So I ordered this for him to be shipped to their house. The delivery was right on time and it worked perfect for him to extend the 1 run he needed.

If you need more cable that what came with the camera, this is what you need. Can't beat it!!!

These are basically extension cords for you camera and they work great up to 180 ft worth of cable. At 120ft there is not to much of a difference in signal quality but I think I would stop there.
