Rookies
My two sons, ages 8 and 4, love the episode Rookies from The Clone Wars season 1. This book includes the episodes Clone Cadets and ARC Troopers from season 3, respectively the prequel and sequel of Rookies. While the episodes are fun to watch, the stories are fun to read. I like that my older son picked out a chapter book and that he read much of it to himself (normally...

Star Wars: Clone Wars
If you've watched the cartoon series, you don't need to get this book. It basically just rehashes everything you saw in the cartoon with a little more detail added in.

My two sons, ages 8 and 4, love the episode Rookies from The Clone Wars season 1. This book includes the episodes Clone Cadets and ARC Troopers from season 3, respectively the prequel and sequel of Rookies. While the episodes are fun to watch, the stories are fun to read. I like that my older son picked out a chapter book and that he read much of it to himself (normally he likes me to read the longer books to him). Any fan of Fives, Echo, Cutup and Hevy will enjoy the stories that brought them together as brothers.
