My son-in-lw was happy with the book, but my daughter thought it was pretty thin for the price. As long as all the information was in it ...that is what counted. Really arrived quickly.. very pleased with that.

I have both read the book and seen Coach Snyder on the practice field, and what he tells you about in print, he uses with his own players. In a position where technique can make the player, this book is a must.
