This review is from: Definite NP Anaphora: A Pragmatic Approach (Hardcover)
Although Ms. Westergaard tries, this book is nothing more than a rather weak Master's Thesis published under the guise of being a "book." For a much more informative and linguistically sound piece on Anaphora try Karen van Hoek's "Anaphora and Conceptual Structure."
