Perfect book for a novice.
This is a good book for anyone who is just starting out with PC-BSD. I can't say that it has much in the way of advanced topics, however, it does cover the basics and where to go when you want to take the PC-BSD OS to the next level. I especialy like the section on how to install Free BSD software in PC-BSD, that right there is worth the cover price.

PC-BSD Beginner's Manual.
This is a beginner's manual for PC-BSD. I did not find any useful information in it. Everything in it was freely available online. So I was disappointed that there was no programming information or more advanced information than just the very basic how to use PC-BSD. I use PC-BSD on my Virtual Machine while I run the Debian Computer Operating System. It...
