An incredible awakening!,

I was quite amazed to discover such an interesting story in the history of the Impressionist movement. This film beautifully tells the very moving story of Degas' life and family struggles while living in New Orleans. It is filled with fascinating accounts told by well-spoken scholars, and the accompanying visuals of his art and home are captivating. This film has really sparked my interest in learning even more about the artist, his work, and about the evolution of Impressionism in general. Perhaps I'll go visit Degas House in New Orleans myself!
