Unwieldy, gets in the way,

This review is from: Deglon 59052 2-Inch Finger Guard Digiclass, Stainless Steel (Kitchen)
This is definitely a good concept, but doesn't work out in the real world. I do a lot of cooking and chopping of veggies, so I had injured myself quite a few times and thought this might be the answer. I found it to be fairly unwieldy, so much so that I stopped using it. After that, I took a knife skills class and learned how to chop safely.
My recommendation, if you're interested in safety, is to take a class develop a solid technique that keeps fingers and other body parts well out of the way of the blade so there is no chance of cutting yourself, and use that technique consistently!

This does work, but it isn't as adjustable as it should be so doesn't fit snugly. Also, not wide enough to cover all fingers.

Functional but not finger friendly,

This review is from: Deglon 59052 2-Inch Finger Guard Digiclass, Stainless Steel (Kitchen)
I ordered this to protect my fingers but have difficulty getting the right angle where it's comfortable to use. Therefore, I find I am using it less and less. Works better on larger, flatter foods but those who are used to positioning their fingers at the correct angle when cutting probably would be more proficient than I.
