A great follow up to the first in the Troublesome Gulch Series. This is not a typical love story, but one of overcoming loss and the trauma faced in its aftermath. Can losing a first love very young prevent someone from ever finding love again? How does a person learn to open herself up to risking loss again in order to find true love? Does a mistake made in youth prevent someone from realizing their dreams? Are second chances possible? Sandoval examines all these questions in a sweet story about the complexities of loss and love. I can't wait to read the next in the series.

Once again, Lynda Sandoval has produced a work that is simultaneously heart-warming and heart-wrenching with the continuing story of the prom night accident survivors in Troublesome Gulch. Erin's story will capture you from page one, through her struggles of loss and her journey toward redemption.

This book is great. Seriously it was really really really good. The sex was way to realitic. Every detail, every smell, every touch was captured.I felt like a voyeur on a bizarre acid trip. Anyone from the ages of 12 to 65 should read this book.Twice.And buy 2 copies. Miss Stebbins can't read. Her uncle wrote her review.

Little to no conflict occured except for an internal conflict with no external obstacles or antagonist. No personality difference existed between the characters. They were all caring, polite, well-mannered, and boring. A good story has atleast one character that is neurotic, annoying, etc. Nate Walker was anything but manly with his emasculate narration. Erin, the main charcter, is dullest of the already dull circle of friends with her neverending apologetic and angelic persona. In addition, the plot was a cliche coincidence. In the story, everything falls into place for Erin in a hackneyed and corny way. Deja You (Silhouette Special Edition)
