I found this book very informative, especially the cases pertaining to soulmates and soulgroups. I have been attempting to access my past lives and I am glad that I have not experienced anything detrimental to my health. The cases of regression going wrong.... well as they say fools rush in. I will now take precautions before any more attempts. Thank you Ms Judy Hall
