Patricia Manterola's music career has been growing ever more from her first solo album to her now fifth-album release. Two-Thousand and Two's international success of her album "Que El Ritmo No Pare" has put her on music mainstream all over the world. "Que El Ritmo No Pare" was reconized everywhere from EspaNa, Germany, United States, Latin America, places that would soon bring valuable fans with the same love for Patty Manterola. She even came out with her first english album debut in Europe named "The Rhythm". With doors open for Patty all around the globe, she has put out her most inspired album to date. She is truly blessed with all the success she has concurred with all of her fans. Patricia Manterola is an excellent latin artist that is rising international success. The title "D?jame Volar" which means, Let Me Fly, is only the beginning of her rising stardom.

This new album "Dejame Volar", has to be one of the best latin album out in 2004! With great lyrics, rhythm, singing from a talented woman such as Patricia Manterola, what else can you ask for? You will fall in love with the first song that you hear! Recommended 100%!!

This song is very energitic, an inspiring song for someone you love. A very nice latin beat. Fun Song.

2. Bomba
An indies rhythm song that only shows Patty's different styles of music. She can have fun with her music career, while making it good.

3. D?jame Volar
This is a nice ballad song which is the title of her album. The rising of a true talented artist!

4. Qu?date Conmigo
The first single off her album, this song has the best beat, rhythm, everything! It's a danceable song which Patty is singing to a guy to stay with her. The music video to this song is recommended!

5. Me Provoca
Rockish song that is excellent! It has a Spanish rhythm to it as well. It's awesome, Patty performs this song very good.

6. Si Te Besara
The best ballad off the album, Patty is inspiring with her vocals on this one.

8. Amor en Libertad
Patty gives her writing debut in this song. The first song that she puts on an album that she wrote herself. It's excellent, shows that Patty can write great music!

9. Espejismos
An excellent song with unique latin sounds. It's a different sound that will have you moving.

10. Angel
A song that Patty made a duet with DJ Bobo a famous european singer. WOW! I have to hand it down to DJ Bobo and Patty. What a inspiring song to sing together in. Very nice.

11. Shake Your Body AKA (La Bomba)
The english version to track two, "La Bomba". Patty shows that even though she sings excellent in spanish, she can even sing as well in english. Reference to track two.

12. I Believe
Another duet with DJ Bobo only shows Patty great english singing!

Este disco sin duda alguna va a superar el exito del disco anterior de Patty "Que el Ritmo No Pare". En españa ha sido toda una sensacion este nuevo disco. Si eres fan debes de tener esta JOYA en tus manos.

A los que nunca le han prestado mucha atencion a la musica de patty, estoy segura que si escuchan este disco, sabran valorar el gran talento que nos ofrece esta gran artista. Es un disco muy completo y para todos los gustos. No quiero decir que es el mejor disco de ella hasta ahora, porque todos han sido muy buenos, solo se que es un disco que va a superar las expectativas de todo el mundo y diferente a lo que ya conocemos de Patty. Es un trabajo donde se nota la evolucion de una nueva Patty en todos los sentidos y donde deja plasmado todo su sentimiento en cada cancion que interpreta. Para mi es el mejor disco de Patty.

- Te Quiero Todo Para Mi .:. Excelente cancion ritmica y muy bailable. La letra esta buenisima. Es muy movida esta cancion. Es una de mis favoritas
- La Bomba .:. Es una cancion tipo reggae, con un estilo diferente al que nos tiene acostumbrado Patty.
- Dejame Volar .:. Es una Balada-Pop, tiene una letra muy linda.
- Quedate Conmigo .:. Waoo esta si es una de las mejores canciones, muy ritmica y bailable. Sin duda alguna a todo el mundo le va a encantar, es una cancion para bailar hasta mas no poder en una disco. En España ha sido todo un exito esta cancion y todo el mundo la pide en la radio.Muy buena ... es mi Favorita tambien.
- Me Provoca .:. Tambien es una cancion muy bailable-ritmica. Es mucho mas movida que "Quedate Conmigo". Me encanta tambien esta cancion, de seguro que se va a ser una de las mas pedidas. La voz de Patty en esta cancion es diferente que en las demas. Mi Favorita tambien. Esta cancion tambien ha tenido mucho exito en España, de seguro que estara en los primeros lugares de las emisoras.
- Si Te Besara .:. Waooo, esta si que es una de las mejores baladas de este disco, 100% segura de que sera un HIT. Patty le imprime mucho sentimiento a esta cancion, la forma en que la canta, expresa claramente lo que quiere decir la letra y es como si lo estuviera viviendo en ese preciso momento. MI FAVORITA tambien, Ademas de que sera el Primer sencillo en America, es muy hermosa esta cancion, y tambien es digna para dedicarsela a alguien especial.
- Me Condenas .:. Hermosisima balada a ritmo de bachata pura, es bien linda la letra, yo diria que tambien para cortarse las venas. Sin duda alguna es mi favorita tambien.
- Amor En Libertad .:. Esta balada es la mas impactante de todo el disco, porque es la primera cancion de Letra de Patricia Manterola. Tiene una letra hermosa y un ritmo muy suave. Esta son de las canciones que podemos dedicarse las a alguien.
- Espejismos .:. Esta cancion tiene un ritmo diferente, yo diria que es de tipo pop, pero cuando la escuchas te acordaras de una cancion vieja, que todavia no he podido decifrar bien. Pero tambien es un estilo nuevo de musica que nos brindan en este nuevo disco.
- Angel .:. esta cancion es Spanglish, a duo con DJBOBO, es cantada en ingles por el y en español por patty. Es muy bonita esta cancion, tienen mucho sentimiento.
- Shake Your Body Aka La Bomba .:. esta cancion es la version en ingles de la cancion LA BOMBA, tiene el mismo ritmo estilo reggae, pero un reggae bien suave.
- I Believe .:. Es otra cancion que nos brinda Patty a duo con DJBOBO, es totalmente en ingles. Esta tiene un ritmo mas pop, es mas movida y muy para disco tambien.

Sin duda alguna todo el disco esta muy completo, con nuevos ritmos, y donde esta presente, la balada, el pop, dance, de todo !!, aqui hay para todos los gustos.

Altamente recomendable, si eres un SUPER FANS o FANS de patty, no puedes dejar de tener este disco en tu coleccion.

Excelente trabajo el de nuestra admirada Patty, en este disco tiene unos temas buenisimos como "quedate conmigo" cuando lo escuche por primera vez, me parecio una de las mejores canciones de los ultimos tiempos. creo que el disco esta muy completo...! le doy mi enhorabuena a nuestra querida Patty, y la promoción de su disco aqui en España ha sido buenisima... desde aca la apoyaremos en todo lo posible... sin duda hay que adquirir esta joya de disco.. 100 por 100 recomendado...

Patty es una muy buena actriz y cantante Mexicana. El titulo del disco, "Dejame Volar" le quedo como anillo al dedo. Este disco incluye los exitos "Quedate Conmigo" y "Si Te Besara." Patty escribio una cancion, "Amor En Libertad" y esta muy bien escrita y linda. Escuchen el disco entero y se enamoraran de la musica de Patty. Todas tienen su estilo como las baladas, ritmicas, y el pop Latino. Todas las canciones fueron bien elegidas. Mis canciones favoritas son: Te Quiero Todo Para Mi, La Bomba, Dejame Volar, Quedate Conmigo, Me Provoca, Espejismos, Si Te Besara, Me Condenas, Amor En Libertad, La Bomba aka Shake Your Body, Angel (con DJ BOBO) y I Believe (con DJ BOBO). En Conclusion todo el disco esta excelente.

This girl is super talented, her voice is excellent, really not you because it doesn't get the success that point deserves, the best Track in the Cd is I believe in which this accompanied by DJ BOBO is excellent, Another very good one is you Quedate Conmigo which was the first single of this Cd, Angel is one of my favorite ones for my this Cd it is totally excellent.

Her last cd was a pop bouquet full of vigor, and heart. This is meaningless. Last things first. Why DJ Bobo? He tried to do an Irene Cara on her but it sucked. "i believe" should have had more vocals for her. If she wanted a good producers, Why not Mike Stock, Matt Aitken, or Delerium? Te quiero todo para mi is the only song that reminds one of the last CD. La Bomba sucked major ~!@#@!#. Quedate Conmigo is a pop slice of tango. Other than that not much. So get only if 1. You like Ballads or 2. you are a Patty Fan, See ya

I personally think this is not one of her better cds - she is all over the place exploring pop. La Bomba's "reggae-ton" does not work for her. I would not run to get it. Instead, get the one prior to this one, the one titled "que el ritmo no pare" or better yet, get the one that includes "niña bonita."

No malgaste su Dinero en esta nena que insiste en hacer algo reservado para gente con talento de verdad, yo recominedo no comprarlo y mejor adquirir el de Paulina o el de Pilar, pero no bote su dinero en este CD, su reggeton esta asqueroso no pertenece a su genero y trata de hacer lo que sea por salir del vacio musical, que mejor actue y que no cante...Gracias y saludos desde Texas.!!

I have listened to this cd many times prior to writing this review. After the huge success of "Que el ritmo no pare", Patricia returns to the music scence with a new offer. The new CD has many highlights but many downfalls as well. To start off with the good things, let's say that she continues to explore pop music at all levels, making this cd a mix of great music and so-so lyrics. Great songs are "Te quiero todo para mi", a great latin-dance infused song that keeps you going; followed by "La bomba" a reggae-arabic mix that sounds daring and new to her sound. The title track of the cd is decent, not quite a ballad, not quite pop, an uptempo/midtempo if the term exists. The best songs on the cd are "Quedate conmigo" if there is a club gem on this cd this is it! This song deserves a remix. "Me provoca" shows Patty's rockish side, daring, raw and fun. The last good song on the cd is "Si te besara", the only true ballad that stands out and delivers. The downside of this project has to start with the cover (and the back pic too) of the cd. What on earth where they thinking?! (BMG this is). The cover sells her as a boring balladeer, and she is not! She is a pop artist that wants you to get hooked on her music. Then you get the songs that are there to fill space: the rest of the ballads and the songs in English. What happened to her English efforts? On the previous cd those songs were very good. Now is euro trash pop. DJ Bobo and Patty don't do it together. Is a rare mix that I can't describe. "Espejismos" is the song that brings balance to this cd. The song has great arrangements and the lyrics are good, except for the boring chorus.
This is not "Que el ritmo no pare" with its infectuos and excellent songs, but it stands as a decent effort.

Her last album was awesome; this is just blah. A couple of the songs are okay (those awesomely sexy videos she is known for also tend to help), but on the whole this album is just bland. I do not recommend it.
