Neurological examination remains the first diagnostc clue of the neurological patients although image study has well development nowadays. This book describes many neurological examinations since hundreds years ago. Many uncommon syndromes and signs witch was not mentioned in other books can be found here. For those interested in the neurology hostory, this book is must have for complete reference.

Dejongs "Neurological examination" is the classic book explaining the art of the neurological status. As Cerebral imaging will (hopefully) never replace the real examination of a patient this book gives you the tools you need for it.
